Mission Trip Parent’s Meeting
As you can imagine, travelling with 200 teenagers is no walk in the park and requires a great deal of planning and many details. Therefore, it is very important that you attend our parent meeting on Tuesday, May 22. We will meet in the Clunan Center at 6:00 PM and we hope to make it a quick meeting.
We will be discussing departure and return times, packing lists, behavior expectations, and free day activities. You will also get to meet the chaperones that will be attending this year. Additionally, you will be required to complete a medical form that night which requires a notary. We are going to try and have some notaries on hand that night.
Please make every effort to ensure that at least one parent is at this meeting.
